Curated Artwork

You hereby acknowledge that if you are selected to be a Daily Invasion print or choose to submit your artwork for the Daily Invasion, you agree:

(1) That the design is your original work, wholly owned by you.

(2) That designs may not contain any intellectual property of any third party such as logos, trademarks, service marks or copyrighted material.

(3) To give us rights to the design for 24 hours to sell it on teeinvaders.com. During this time your design cannot be on sale anywhere else, or submitted to other sites for the purpose of being printed on apparel. After the design is moved to the archives, full rights will be returned to you.

(4) To accept payment through Paypal in the form of royalties ($1 per shirt sold). Royalties will be paid out within 3 business days of when the design is no longer sold on teeinvaders.com.
